I came here on the advice of my Rick Steves book after seeing the chateau immediately above the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was handy since I had my smartphone, but the food from one of the basic menus was heavy and average-tasting. I tried the salad, lasagna bolognese, and tiramisu. I could only eat half of the lasagna, so they plastic-wrapped the rest and gave it to me in a huge box. The tiramisu was okay and topped with lots of strawberries. The service was good and I enjoyed sitting outdoors.
I'm not sure why I ate here instead of a French restaurant, especially since I had just come from visiting Italy. I probably wouldn't go back--I'd try one of the many other restaurants that Blois has to offer. -

Avoid this place. Conveniently located but the food is terrible. Servers are rude and unhelpful.

Catastrophe of a service, after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes for our order we left. Only part of the dishes arrived as they should, even payment required additional waiting. Any time to hire some professionals, both in the kitchen and as waiters??

This is basically a sports bar that serves Italian food. Service was not good, but we did enjoy our pizza. If the ambiance were better, I would have given it more stars. On the plus side, it was open in January, apparently a rarity in this part of France.

We stopped here while driving through the Loire Valley touring chateaus. We have two young children, so the 7pm start of dinner in almost all French restaurants was a challenge. On a Sunday night in the off srason, choices were limited. We were pleased by the casual atmosphere, and the burgers and steak were just fine, but standard bar food. If you have time and choices, try other options. In a pinch, this is fine.
